I am an applied cognitive psychologist at the School of Psychology, University of East Anglia (UEA), UK and Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research. My research is on the cognitive processes involved in interpreting visual-spatial displays of scientific information (e.g. graphs and diagrams), and how visuals can be better designed to improve communication and understanding.
